いちばん大事なこと
走った場所を、端末の外に出しません。 GPS で記録したルート、走行記録、心拍、写真は、すべて利用者の端末の中だけに保存されます。 当社のサーバーにも、第三者にも送信されません。
サーバーに保存するもの
友達の村にお互いが表示されるために必要な、次の情報だけを保存します。

サーバーに保存しないもの
- 位置情報・走行ルート
- 1回ごとの走行記録（日時・距離・時間・ペース） ※ 合計の距離だけは上記のとおり保存します。 また「一緒に走る」を使った場合、その約束の期間内に走ったかどうか（はい／いいえ） だけが記録されます（何km走ったか・何時に走ったかは含みません）
- 心拍などのヘルスケアデータ
- つっつきの本文（つっつきに文章はありません）
- 写真
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号
Sign in with Apple では、氏名もメールアドレスも要求していません。 受け取るのは引き継ぎのための識別子だけです。
端末の中だけに保存するもの
走行の記録、ルート、心拍、選んだ写真、手に入れたギア、村の内容。 これらはアプリを削除すると端末から消えます。
端末の機能を使う目的

配信のお知らせ（ウェイティング登録）
メールアドレスの入力は任意です。 空のまま送信された場合は、「使いたい」と考えた方の人数として、 どの端末で送信されたか（iPhone / Android / その他）と日時だけを記録します。 誰が送信したかを特定できる情報は記録しません。
メールアドレスを登録された場合は、 配信のお知らせを一度お送りするためだけに保存します。 保存するのはメールアドレスと、どの端末で登録されたか（iPhone / Android / その他）と、 登録日時だけです。
この登録はアプリの利用者情報とは結び付けません。 村・友達関係・走行記録のいずれとも繋がりません。 お知らせ以外の目的（広告・分析・第三者への提供）には使用しません。
削除をご希望の場合は、 サポートに記載の連絡先までご連絡ください。該当の登録を削除します。 お知らせを一度お送りした後、または配信の見込みが無くなった場合は、こちらで削除します。
第三者への提供
利用者の情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。 サーバーの稼働のために Cloudflare, Inc. のインフラを利用しており、 上記「サーバーに保存するもの」はその基盤上に保存されます。 プッシュ通知の送信には Apple のサービスを利用します。 広告・解析のための第三者サービスは使用していません。
保存する期間と削除
サーバー上の情報は、アカウントが存在するあいだ保存されます。 アプリ内の「わたし」→ 設定 → アカウントを削除 から、 いつでも削除できます。削除すると、プロフィールと友達関係はサーバーから消え、 友達の村からも表示されなくなります。 端末内の走行記録は、アプリを削除することで消えます。
お子さまの利用
13歳未満の方を対象としたサービスではありません。
変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページを更新します。 重要な変更のときは、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

The part that matters most
Where you ran never leaves your phone. Routes recorded by GPS, your individual runs, your heart rate and your photos are stored only on your own device. They are never sent to our servers or to anyone else.
What we store on the server
Only what is needed for you and your friends to appear in each other's villages.

What we never store on the server
- Your location, or the route you ran
- Individual runs (date, distance, duration, pace). Only the total distance is stored, as described above. If you use “run together”, the only thing recorded is whether you ran within that invite's window (yes or no) — not how far, and not what time
- Health data such as heart rate
- The text of a nudge (a nudge carries no text)
- Photos
- Your name, email address or phone number
With Sign in with Apple we ask for neither your name nor your email address. All we receive is an identifier used to carry your village across devices.
What stays on your phone only
Your runs, your routes, your heart rate, any photo you choose, the gear you have unlocked, and the contents of your village. Deleting the app removes all of it from the device.
Why we use each device feature

Release notifications (the waiting list)
Giving an email address is optional. If you send the form empty, we record only which kind of device it came from (iPhone / Android / other) and the date and time, as a count of people who wanted to use it. We record nothing that could identify who sent it.
If you do give an email address, we keep it solely to tell you once that the app is available. We store the address, which kind of device you signed up from (iPhone / Android / other), and the date and time — nothing else.
A waiting-list entry is never linked to your app account. It connects to no village, no friendship and no run. We do not use it for anything else — no advertising, no analytics, no sharing with third parties.
To have an entry removed, contact us at the address on the support page and we will delete it. We also delete entries ourselves once the notice has been sent, or once a release is no longer expected.
Third parties
We do not sell or hand your information to third parties. Our server runs on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc., and everything under “What we store on the server” is stored there. Push notifications are delivered through Apple's service. We use no third-party advertising or analytics.
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
Information on the server is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete it at any time from You → the gear icon → Delete account in the app. Your profile and your friendships are then removed from the server, and you stop appearing in your friends' villages. The runs held on your phone are removed by deleting the app.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page. For anything significant, we will also say so inside the app.
